DIRECTV MARITIME™ – PRIVATE YACHTS: DIRECTV MARITIME IPTV service (“Service”) is available only to eligible private yacht customers located within authorized U.S. territorial waters (generally up to approximately 13 nautical miles from the U.S. coastline). Service requires (i) subscription to an eligible DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS® programming package (channel lineups, programming, and package eligibility subject to change), (ii) a compatible high-speed data connection and satellite/Wi-Fi equipment provided and maintained by an independent third-party internet/broadband provider (sold separately), and (iii) installation, set-up and activation by an authorized dealer/technology integrator. DIRECTV does not provide the internet service, data plan or onboard network equipment and is not responsible for their performance, availability, coverage, security, or for any interruptions or degradation of Service caused by such networks. Programming is delivered via the DIRECTV IN MOTION app to compatible televisions and personal devices. Taxes, fees, surcharges and other restrictions apply. To receive DIRECTV IN MOTION, a 24-month agreement is required. Sports subscriptions, including premium sports add-ons, require a separate subscription.
